Installed a water line for an ice maker. Ran into a problem with a pocket door that was making it difficult to install the in-wall box, however Sam found a work around that solved the problem.

He arrived quickly, took the time to hear my concerns, and walked me through potential long term solutions. I love that Ivan was knowledgeable and had an approachable personality making him an easy technician to talk to. I really appreciated his patience with not only completing the service to restore my home's water use but also with how he answered any questions that I had no matter how small including explaining potential next steps. Thanks to Ivan's excellent customer service, it was a no brainer to join the Love Club when he told me about it! I can't thank him enough for the great work that he did.

Overall, I am very pleased with DeHart Plumbing's service and response time. I am a new customer so the ease of this process was a breath of fresh air. To have a plumbing issue in the afternoon and have a solution by the evening of the same day is amazing!
