General Service Questions
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept a variety of convenient payment methods, including cash, check, all major credit cards, and ACH bank transfers. If you have questions about payment, our team is happy to assist.
When is payment due for service?
Payment is due upon completion of the service or installation. We’ll provide a detailed invoice, and you can pay using any of our accepted payment methods. If you have questions about your bill or need to explore financing options, just let us know—we’re here to help.
Will I Get a Call or Text Before the Technician Arrives?
Yes, you’ll receive both a text and a call before your technician arrives. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way so you know exactly when to expect us.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Yes, a homeowner should be present at the time of service. If that’s not possible, someone who can make decisions on your behalf, such as a property manager or authorized representative must be available. This helps ensure we can discuss findings, get approval for any necessary work, and complete the job without delay.
How Will I Know Who’s Coming to My Home?
You’ll receive a text message when your technician is on the way, including their name and photo, so you know exactly who to expect. It’s just one of the ways we prioritize your comfort and peace of mind.
Can I Request a Specific Technician?
Yes, you can absolutely request a specific technician. Just give us a call, and we’ll add a note to your account for future visits. If you’re currently having a service, your technician can also make the request on your behalf. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preference whenever scheduling allows.
What Should I Do to Prepare for My Appointment?
To help your appointment go smoothly, please ensure the technician has clear access to the area where work will be performed. This might include:
- Clearing the path to your water heater, HVAC unit, or attic space
- Removing any items blocking vents, access panels, or equipment
- Having your replacement air filter ready if applicable
Being prepared helps our team complete the job efficiently and safely. If you have any questions before your appointment, feel free to give us a call!
What’s Your Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy?
For standard service appointments, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a trip charge.
For maintenance visits, we understand that things come up. While we don’t currently charge a cancellation fee, last-minute cancellations may impact your priority scheduling status, especially for Love Club members.
If you need to make a change to your appointment, please give us a call as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs.
